With our hybrid (online) course, students can use their spare time for independent study and complete the course at their own pace. There are 3 units that make up this course
• Dog Handling and Understanding Canine Behaviour
• Dog Grooming Stylist
• Business Planning for a Dog Grooming Business
All research and written assignments are completed at home and submitted to SCDGA for marking. To complete practical assessments students will complete 5 days in the academy with our trainers and complete grooms on all 5 coat types. On completion of course, students will receive a certificate of achievement from SCDGA. So, if you are thinking about becoming a professional dog groomer and are self-motivated to achieve your goals, this is the course for you.
